Swedish Massage
A full body massage with the goal of relaxation. This treatment is great for those wound up from the stress of daily life. It typically uses medium to light pressure with quick and slow-paced strokes. This is the ideal pick for someone’s first massage. Hot Towels are applied at the end of the session to help remove excess oil or cream.

Therapeutic Massage
Commonly known as Deep Tissue, this massage focuses on specific areas of tension. It is recommended for people who are experiencing pain, discomfort, soreness, or lack of mobility. This process is not often a full-body as it takes time to loosen locked-up muscle tissue. The pressure is client-directed so that you can relax and release. A rule of thumb is that if you feel the need to tense any part of your body then it is not beneficial to you. Hot stones may be employed as needed.

Esalen Massage
Esalen is a unique massage with central towel draping. This allows for long fluid full-body stokes that relax and melt away tension. Typically this is done with very light pressure however our approach allows for firmer, more therapeutic techniques as needed. The main benefit of this massage style is that it doesn’t limit any movements the therapist may be drawn towards using. Hot Towels are applied to the end of the session to remove access oils.

Prenatal Massage
This specialized massage allows expecting mothers to receive the benefits of massage in a way that is safe for them and the baby. Here the client is supported in a neutral side-lying position that promotes circulation and relaxation. Pressure is dictated by the client’s comfort level and can also be therapeutic if they have areas of tension or discomfort.

Hot Stone Massage
This specialty modality primarily uses heated balsamic stones to massage away muscle tension. The heat expands the muscle which generates a similar effect to a therapeutic massage, without the added pressure that typically comes with it. It is highly relaxing and can incorporate some hands-on massage techniques as well. For draping the client may choose between the traditional sheet and blanket, or the Esalen-styled draping with the towel.

Corporate Chair
Perfect for people who want to receive massage as a large group. This massage style uses a special type of equipment that supports clients in an upright position. It allows individuals to get the benefit of massage without undressing. This does limit the treatment to the upper body only and is commonly done in short durations of 15 - 30 minutes per person.
